Joining as Lead PM to build conversational AI products for financial institutions. The role sits at the same intersection I have worked in for seven years: regulated environments, high-stakes decisions, and systems that have to earn trust before they can automate anything.
AI-native customer experience for banks and credit unions. The product surface spans virtual assistants, agent handoff, and compliance-grade conversation logging. The hard part is not the AI. The hard part is getting a federally regulated institution to let an AI say anything on its behalf.
